WARRANTY & REPAIR

WARRANTY

All Technicide products come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. If you are in need of warranty work, please provide a copy of your purchase invoice when sending in your equipment for repair.

30 DAY, NO-RISK GUARANTEE

If you’re not completely satisfied with the Exacticide Power Duster, return it for a full refund within the first 30 days.

REPAIR

If any purchased Technicide product needs repair, here’s what you do:

  1. E-mail us (info@technicide.com) to notify us of your repair needs.

  2. Place the defective part or unit in a well-padded box (do not use a mailing bag). Please only send the defective unit (keep the battery, charger, canister, case, etc.).

  3. Clean all dust residue from unit or you may be charged a detox fee of $50.00.

  4. Include in the box a written explanation of what you think the problem might be, as well of a copy of your purchase invoice and contact information.

  5. Ship the box to this address:

Once we receive your unit, we will inspect it and check the warranty. If it is under warranty (1-year), we will immediately take care of the repair and ship it back to you. If the warranty is expired, we will give you a call to let you know what needs to be fixed and what the cost is. We complete and ship repairs within 2 business days or when we receive payment.

Please note that all shipping costs are your responsibility. We can arrange expedited shipping if you need the unit back urgently. Standard shipping typically takes up to 5 business days (excluding weekends).
